The Senior Manager, Marketing Technology oversees all aspects of MarTech, including implementation, ongoing management, and partner/vendor leadership to ensure our marketing technology stack facilitates optimal marketing performance across channels. You will report to the AVP, Data Analytics. This is a flexible office/home role, with a minimum expectation of working 10 days per month from Madison, WI 53783. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of location and will be considered based on the needs of the role. Relocation assistance is available to eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities
Oversee our MarTech strategic roadmap for development, acting as a subject matter expert for the enterprise. Manage day-to-day activities of the MarTech team, including implementation and ongoing support of critical technology platforms. Partner closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Targeted Marketing, Field Marketing, and Partnerships. Lead relationships with external vendor partners for data and MarTech platforms. Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion. Work with team members to set goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support ongoing development. Lead with influence and expertise. Contribute actively to division or department leadership teams. Communicate and support the organization’s mission, vision, values, policies, and practices. Required Skills & Knowledge
5+ years leading marketing technology or similar teams. Extensive experience with Salesforce. Expertise in foundational and emerging trends impacting marketing technology. Effective leadership skills demonstrated. Solid understanding of product management. Knowledge of marketing best practices, trends, and tools. Experience leveraging metrics and customer insights to drive priorities and improvements. Understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, including brand strategy, digital, paid, social, direct, broad media, mobile, and emerging marketing. Travel up to 10% may be required.
