Titan Erosion Control, a leading provider of erosion control solutions, is seeking an experienced and adaptable Project Manager/Estimator to join our team in Manassas Park, VA. This role is responsible for managing crews, handling website inquiries, preparing project estimates, and overseeing multiple projects throughout Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., and West Virginia.As part of our team, you'll enjoy competitive benefits, including 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance.Responsibilities:Lead and supervise project crews, ensuring safety compliance, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.Manage multiple erosion control projects across Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., and West Virginia.Handle website inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to potential clients.Prepare accurate project estimates, factoring in materials, labor, and equipment costs.Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project needs and ensure regulatory compliance.Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align expectations and requirements.Review, prepare, and submit project documentation, including daily job reports for billing purposes.Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and efficiency among project teams.Requirements:Experience in construction management, project management, or a related field preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within erosion control or the construction industry.Ability to respond to website inquiries and prepare accurate project estimates.Deep understanding of erosion control methods, regulations, and best practices.Excellent communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.Proficiency in Outlook, text messaging, and other computer applications for effective communication.
