$25,000 for Full-Time RNs! Job Overview As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing personalized nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include: Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for residents. Collaborating with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care. Ensuring the execution of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Coordinating resident care and providing education along with various nursing interventions. Serving as charge nurse as needed and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Maintaining compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and the ethical standards of nursing practice. Qualifications Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred; a Bachelor's degree in nursing is highly favored. Valid and unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing in the relevant state or a multistate license if applicable. Commitment to ongoing professional development and competence in nursing practice.
