Nelson + Pope is seeking qualified Architectural Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to work in our Melville, New York office. The work includes retail, restaurant, hospitality, residential, industrial, municipal, commercial ground up and interior renovation projects.
Responsibilities/Top Skills/Qualifications:
- design, permit, construction and bid documents
- presentation drawings, renderings, sketches and interior design boards
- review and interpret building codes for implementation
- assign and manage staff design tasks
- coordination with other disciplines on team
- client coordination
- review of construction submittals, RFIs
- proficient in AutoCAD
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- accredited bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- good verbal communication, written communication, and organizational skills
