Description Executive Director Stonebrooke Rehab Center in New Castle, Indiana HFA Required. We are actively recruiting for an experienced leader to lead our team at Stonebrooke Rehab Center in New Castle, Indiana, part of American Senior Communities. Candidates must be licensed as a Healthcare Facility Administrator (HFA).
