We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR at C&L Concrete Corp, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
In this role, you will handle a variety of customer service tasks, including answering incoming calls, responding to emails and live chats, processing orders and returns, and resolving customer issues. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and contribute to improving our overall customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve our customer service processes
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and exceed their expectations
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Positive and professional attitude towards customers
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends if needed
