At BP Innovations , we’ve spent 20+ years helping multi-location businesses modernize their communications, connectivity, and infrastructure — and we’re scaling. We’re hiring a Client Solutions Executive to help us expand our reach by developing meaningful relationships with new and existing clients. This role calls for a consultative sales approach — listening first, advising second — and a focus on aligning solutions to business goals, not just closing deals. What You’ll Be Doing: Driving new business with midmarket and enterprise clients (10+ locations) Providing solutions including internet, SD-WAN, UCaaS/CCaaS, and AI-powered CX tools Managing the full cycle — from sourcing to close and ongoing expansion Leveraging warm partner connections and building referral paths Using HubSpot CRM and distributor tools (we provide tech + back-office support) Collaborating with our founders and team on large or multi-site projects Who We’re Looking For: 5+ years in B2B sales (telecom, IT, cloud services, or tech advisory) Track record selling to multi-location, midmarket, or enterprise accounts Consultative, strategic, and great at building trust with C-level buyers Self-driven and ready to operate independently in a high-trust environment Based in (or near) South Carolina preferred (travel up to 25%) Why This Role is Different: No layers of management — work directly with leadership Residual commissions with no cap + ramp-down base True ownership of your pipeline and book Long-term clients, not transactional deals Remote-first flexibility Paid time off A real opportunity to grow something meaningful Apply directly.
