Role Description
This is a full-time on-site District Manager role located in Louisville, KY at North Fork Fresh Mex, LLC dba Qdoba Mexican Eats. The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple Qdoba Mexican Eats locations, ensuring operational excellence, managing budgets, driving sales, and leading and developing a team of restaurant managers.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience in multi-unit restaurant management
Financial acumen and budget management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
