Starting Salary: $61,543 to $83,082 Annually

Position Objective:

The recruiting retention specialist is instrumental in helping the business find and recruit top-notch candidates to streamline and strategize the hiring process both internal and external, as well as retain talent. Some key responsibilities include: determining the selection criteria at every phase of recruitment, sourcing candidates, screening applications and resumes, providing recommendations to hiring managers, and monitoring the candidate experience.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Customer satisfaction, OTD, and profit
• Remain current on labor market salaries & benefits
• Analyze exit data & recommend actions to address trends
• Responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates
• Recruits potential employees via various sources, including recruiting websites and employee referrals
• Checks candidates' work history, competency, and other qualifications
• Conducts orientation for new employees
• Assists in developing interview questions with hiring manager
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Proven experience conducting various types of interviews

Experience/Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
• Strong client focus with business acumen and results orientation
• Proven ability to identify key issues and develop creative solutions
• Must be a sole US Citizen at the North Mankato, MN facility

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field)
