We are looking for an experienced
Property Manager
for our Apartment Communities in
Northampton, and Amherst. The work will require knowledge of affordable housing programs such as
Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and HOME.
You will be surrounded by our dedicated Resident Services and Maintenance Team to help deliver a well-rounded service to our residents. You will have the support of our Senior Management and an ongoing commitment to training and professional development. Location:
North Maple 16C North Maple Street Florence, MA 01062 Pay:
$62,000 annually + quarterly incentives Schedule:

Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of Property Management experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
