Near Northford, CT We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join an established, multi-provider adult medicine practice in a fast-growing area of eastern Connecticut. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing 100% outpatient care. Role:
Full-time Primary Care Physician (Adult Medicine, 18+) Schedule:
40 hours/week, weekdays only (4-day work week option available) Teaching:
Optional with faculty appointment Call Requirement:
Phone call only, average of 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight per two months Salary Range:
Depending on experience Uncapped incentive bonuses Loan repayment support Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Paid time off plus all company holidays CME time off and CME budget Reimbursed professional licenses and dues Family care benefits, including emergency backup care Voluntary benefits such as tuition programs, insurance (home, auto, renter’s, identity theft protection, legal services, pet insurance), and more Optional moonlighting/per diem opportunities in the hospital or urgent care settings About the Practice: Healthcare System:
