Little Rock,
to help them find a
Senior Software Engineer
for their organization. This is a newly created position due to growth that will be pivotal in shaping the technical direction, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences, while consistently adhering to best practices in design, development, and architecture. What you will do: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for web applications and APIs Ensure responsive, user-friendly interfaces on the front end and build efficient, well-documented server-side logic on the back end Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver solutions that exceed client expectations Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems, optimizing for performance, scalability, and maintainability Foster a culture of innovation, promoting the adoption of new technologies and best practices across the development team Play a key role in code reviews, ensuring high standards of code quality and technical excellence Act as a technical leader and contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and the overall success of projects What you will have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Masters degree preferred 5+ years of related IT Development and delivery experience Technology company experience, preferred Mastery-level experience in the following IT architecture and technology stacks (or
equivalent ) Full stack Development Mobile Web and Mobile Native UI/UX software enablement including frameworks and maintenance of said frameworks ReactJS and NodeJS Competitive salary, plus performance-based bonus Hybrid capabilities Strong benefits and PTO Chance to work with an ambitious group of entrepreneurs Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
