Position Overview: As a Licensed Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and tailored insurance solutions to new and existing clients. You will play a key role in growing our customer base, building long-lasting relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Sell various insurance products, including but not limited to life, health, auto, and home insurance. Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients to recommend the best coverage options. Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients. Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Assist clients with insurance claims and questions regarding their policies. Continuously update knowledge of insurance products and industry trends. Requirements: Active W2 License as an insurance agent in any State. Proven sales experience, ideally in the insurance industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and drive results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Compensation: Competitive base salary paid every 2 weeks.
