Position Overview : FBinsure, a Division of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, is looking for an experienced and outgoing Sales Producer to join their growing Commercial Lines Team! If you are a producer and you are looking for the training and support to launch your career to the next level, please read on!
Work Arrangement : This is a full-time hybrid remote position working in our office located at 128 Dean Street, Taunton, MA.
Professional Responsibilities: 1-4 years Commercial P&C Insurance Sales experience. Valid Property & Casualty License. Drivers License. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated, results driven self-starter High-level of interpersonal skills with a client-service focused mind-set. Well organized and detail-oriented. Quick learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and follow through on set expectations. Solutions driven, problem-solving skills and proven analytical skills. Proficient with of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, & Teams. A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership. Qualifications and Requirements:
3-5 years preferred but willing to train the right candidate Life & Health license EPIC system experience a plus but not required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship About Patriot Growth Insurance Services : Founded in 2019, Patriot is a growth-focused national insurance services firm that partners with employee benefits and property and casualty agencies across the United States.
