6. FNP/PA Primary Care
Location: Patten, ME
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (negotiable) Job Summary:
We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Primary Care team in Patten, ME . This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with negotiable hours . You will work closely with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Responsibilities:
* Assess patient health, provide diagnoses, and recommend treatment plans.
* Collaborate with physicians to provide primary care services.
* Manage chronic diseases and provide preventive care.
* Educate patients and families on health management.
Qualifications:
* Licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Maine
* Experience in primary care or a similar clinical setting
* Strong patient care and communication skills
