The Foster Region of Modern Woodmen is actively looking for a Managing Partner for each of our markets, to spearhead the continued development and leadership of a team of financial representatives. If you possess a Series 26 (or 24) License (if not, a minimum qualification is evidence of your completed SIE certification) and harbor a strong desire to lead and foster a team, then this opportunity could be an excellent match worth exploring!
We are expanding the following offices, located in Greater Phoenix and Greater Los Angeles:
Arizona: 11811 N. Tatum Blvd. Suite 3031, Phoenix, AZ 85028
Culver City, California: 5841 Uplander Way, Culver City, CA 90230
The Role of Managing Partner:
As a Managing Partner at Modern Woodmen, you play a pivotal role in addressing members' financial needs, exemplifying leadership in the community, and spearheading the growth of the local office. Your dedication extends to recruiting, training, and developing financial representatives, contributing to the overall success of the team. One significant advantage lies in the opportunity to build and nurture your own team, fostering personal and professional growth as you shape the future of financial services in your community. Qualifications: Ability and desire to recruit, train, and develop new financial representatives. Team-spirited, enthusiastic, and possesses a great attitude when facing challenges. Experience as a former athlete is a bonus. Genuine and authentic, with a willingness and drive to contribute and achieve the goal at hand. Required Active Financial Licenses: SIE Certification or willingness to quickly obtain. Series 26 (or 24) License or willingness to quickly obtain.
