Job Details: (1) Cath Lab Tech - 12 hr days - Pikeville Medical Center - Pikeville, KY Contract Length: 13 Start Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 48 - will not accept 36 Primary Location: Pikeville Medical Center- Pikeville, KY Shift Requirements: 12 Hour Days- 7a-7p Float Requirements: to be determined On Call/Call Back Requirements: Call required is 7-8 days in a 6 week period Weekend/Holiday Requirements: One to two weekends every six weeks/ holidays as needed Job Requirements
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS through AHA, ARRT (Must have Rad Tech License), KY State License & EKG cert required. Minimum Experience: 2+ years of experience required. Charting Experience Required: Epic Required Skillset: They assist with the insertion of catheters into the heart, and are responsible for measuring and administering special fluids. Prior to surgery, the technologist is responsible for ensuring the EKG equipment is in working order, and during the procedure, the technologist will monitor the EKG readouts and keep the doctor apprised of anything considered abnormal. 12 Hour Days- 7a-7p Call required is 7-8 days in a 6 week period One to two weekends every six weeks/ holidays as needed Unit Specific Information

COVID Vaccine Requirements: required unless medical or religious declination are applicable. If a declination applies, the traveler/agency will be responsible for weekly PCR testing at their cost. GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
