You will be working full-time, with evening shifts from 2:15 PM to 10:30 PM, including every other weekend. No experience? No problem! We provide paid training to obtain your CNA certification. Your role will include: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Obtaining and recording vital signs while offering emotional support to residents. Providing assistance with meal preparation, dining experiences, and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. Supporting residents with their mobility, including transferring and repositioning. Documenting resident interactions and changes in condition, communicating with nursing staff as needed. Contributing to wellness and recreational programs for residents. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is a plus. Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) required within four months of employment; training provided. Commitment to continuing education with a minimum of 12 hours annually. For driving roles, a valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle report may be necessary.
