If you know how to sell, are good on the phone, and are looking for a position working with great people that has great earning potential, you NEED to apply for this job! As an Insurance Licensed Sales Professional, you will help grow our local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice. Responsibilities Achieve goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets Provide a positive customer experience Job Qualifications Must have insurance sales experience with proven track record of success. Must have Property & Casualty License Considering candidates located in ME, VT, NH or NJ Confident, motivated, high energy individual Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Extensive and accurate leads provided Continuous learning and development courses, available through Allstate University Positive work environment, our culture is fun, energetic and engaged Health Insurance benefits Disclosure: Tactical HR LLC and our client, the employer, are proud to be equal opportunity employers.
