University Home Care is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team in Redford Charter Township, MI. As a Personal Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing assistance to clients with activities of daily living, promoting independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities: - Assisting clients with personal care tasks - Providing companionship and emotional support - Monitoring and documenting client health status - Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation - Following care plans and reporting any changes in the client's condition
Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle physical demands of the job
