The person selected for this role will be responsible for planning, installing, configuring, updating and maintaining the company’s Cloud and on-premises Enterprise Integration Platform to ensure the integrity, security and accessibility of the organization’s applications and data. This position will be based out of the company’s headquarters in Sarasota, FL or one of our regional offices in Richardson, TX or Lawrenceville, GA. This job will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Responsibilities will include: Primary support for critical business systems. Working closely with DevOps and AppDev to develop and maintain a robust enterprise source code compilation, testing and delivery strategy (CI/CD). Working closely with the AppDev team on integration solutions including recommendations, tuning of database queries, optimal resource utilization, utility service development and internal and external systems integrations. Working closely with the development, QA, ePMO and architecture teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of solutions. Working closely with DevOps and AppDev to triage and debug production support issues. Ensure the implementation of best practices and standards for integration development and administration. * Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Computer Sciences, Engineering or related field (Note: Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education). * Four years of in-depth knowledge of the WebMethods suite, including WebMethods Integration Server, Universal Messaging, API Gateway, WebMethods.10 * Hands-on experience in developing and managing complex integrations using IDE’s and other debugging tools. * Ability to understand and improve systems/ evaluate system’s current state/practices and recommend modifications. * Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills. * Ability to analyze, define, and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision-making. * Operating system certification in Windows and/or Linex. * CI/CD tools such as Gitlab or Jenkins.
