Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Phlebotomy Technician located in Ridgefield, CT. The Certified Phlebotomy Technician will be responsible for performing venipuncture, collecting specimens, labeling and processing samples, and following proper laboratory protocols. Daily tasks include interacting with patients to ensure a high level of customer service, maintaining patient records, and adhering to safety and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Venipuncture
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Strong Laboratory Skills and Laboratory Medicine experience
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or relevant certification
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is beneficial
