Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type:
Full-Time, Contract
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Benefits Include:
$2,800 annual contribution toward medical, dental, and vision insurance

About the Role
Testudo Logistics is seeking an experienced and credentialed
Phlebotomist
to support a federal healthcare program in St. Louis, MO. This is a weekday-only position with no nights or weekends, ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance in a high-quality clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection
Accurately label, process, and transport specimens per protocol
Maintain sample integrity and comply with HIPAA and infection control standards
Enter data into electronic systems and communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff
Support specimen handling in compliance with laboratory procedures
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience
Current certification from one of the following:
ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology)
NHA (National Healthcareer Association)
NPA (National Phlebotomy Association)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience in hospital or high-volume outpatient settings preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
