Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Location: Cranston, RI Office (4 days a week in office)
Ross-Simons, a renowned leader in the luxury jewelry industry, is seeking a
Digital Marketing Coordinator
to drive all lifecycle communication and engagement through the development and execution of email and SMS campaigns. Based at our Cranston, RI office, this role will play a crucial part in optimizing customer engagement and revenue generation through personalized, data-driven marketing strategies.
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for crafting and executing tailored email and SMS strategies as part of multi-touch digital and print campaigns designed to accelerate the growth of the Ross-Simons brand. Success in this role will be measured by the generation of incremental revenue, increased customer acquisition, higher purchase frequency, and enhanced customer interaction driven through these channels.
Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Campaign Management:
Lead the full lifecycle of email & SMS marketing, from set-up and scheduling to testing, deployment, and optimization. This includes one-time, broadcast and reoccurring campaigns. Manage Marketing Calendars:
Oversee email and SMS marketing calendars with meticulous attention to detail. Manage
Sitewide Offers:
Manage and update the sitewide offer calendar, ensuring timely and accurate information. Campaign Workflow Management:
Utilize Asana to input and track email and SMS workflows. Audience Segmentation:
Implement targets audience strategies for email and SMS campaigns including list management and reporting of segment behavior. Website Offers Management:
Verify and monitor offers, ensuring accuracy across platforms and daily audit/QA of campaign. Communication Coordination:
Oversee internal communication of weekly web offers and ensure alignment of various departments. Analytics & Reporting:
Update email and SMS analytics and measure results. Review and gather information on email tactics and trends. Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on email and SMS marketing campaigns. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may also be considered. Technical Skills:
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), Asana, and Google Analytics. Proficiencies with MS Excel spreadsheets. Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance analysis is a plus. Adapt to Fast-Paced Environment:
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, executing flawlessly under tight deadlines. Multitasking & Prioritization:
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, identifying creative and effective solutions. Analytical Mindset:
