Full-Time Company Overview SOCOM Restoration, a fast-growing restoration and reconstruction companying Salt Lake City, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex restoration and roofing projects. Extensive experience in the restoration industry is required, along with strong proficiency in Xactimate and the Knowify CRM system. This is a high-responsibility role with significant earning potential for a motivated and organized candidate. Applicants with a book of business in roofing will receive additional bonus incentives and expanded leadership opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage residential and commercial restoration projects from estimate to closeout Use Xactimateto write detailed, accurate estimates and supplements Track and manage budgets, job costs, and schedules using Knowify CRM Coordinate field crews and subcontractors for efficient execution Maintain daily communication with homeowners, property managers, and adjusters Ensure compliance with all restoration standards, documentation, and deadlines Contribute to company growth through leadership, client service, and process improvement Required Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience in restoration project management Proficient in Knowify CRM system Strong job costing, budgeting, and scheduling abilities Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously High level of professionalism and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Established book of business in roofing (strongly preferred, bonus eligible) IICRC certifications or equivalent industry credentials Insurance claim and adjuster relations experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Compensation and Benefits Bonus Opportunities:
