Coding with Kids is a fast-growing EdTech company dedicated to teaching children computer programming in a fun and engaging way. We’re hiring a Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence. What You’ll Do Plan, design, and send email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms Write engaging blog posts , parent guides, and newsletters Create marketing materials like flyers , brochures, and digital assets Assist with website updates and redesign efforts (WordPress, Wix, or similar) Manage and optimize social media advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads Grow engagement across our social media platforms Support brand-building initiatives and marketing strategy development What You Bring 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Hands-on experience with social media ads and Google AdWords Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment Bonus: Passion for education, kids, and tech What We Offer Flexible work environment Opportunity to lead initiatives and make a real impact Growth potential in a growing education company Compensation: $70-$95k Apply
