Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Selinsgrove Ford- Selinsgrove, PA
Pay: $13.00 per hour (Pay based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (choose one)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team at our busy Ford dealership. As the first point of contact for our customers, the ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone. This role is essential in maintaining smooth daily operations at the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner

• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system

• Provide accurate information to customers regarding services, appointments, or dealership departments

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area

• Assist with basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and handling incoming/outgoing maiL

• Communicate with staff across departments to ensure smooth customer flow

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues professionally

• Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred (especially in an automotive setting)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual skills are a plus

Compensation:
Starting at $13.00 per hour. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
