General Dentist , you’ll provide top-notch dental care to patients, ensuring a remarkable experience and contributing significantly to our practice's success. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting
diagnostic assessments , treatment planning, and offering general dentistry services, including fillings, root canals, extractions, and cosmetic procedures. Educating patients on
oral hygiene
and preventive care. Collaborating with
dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff
to provide outstanding patient care. Maintaining accurate patient records and complying with
Australian dental regulations and best practices . Staying informed about
advancements in dentistry
through ongoing professional development and training. What you need to succeed: A spirit of adventure. Flexibility: While we aim for smooth operations, some adjustments may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Ability to apply for and secure your AHPRA Dental Registration. Secure a working holiday visa. Acquire professional indemnity insurance along with travel or private health insurance. Set up a bank account and superannuation fund, and obtain a Tax File Number. A 12-month work contract comprising 38 hours per week. A generous starting salary of AUD $130,000. Opportunity to work in 2 to 4 different locations across Australia over 3 to 6 months, with assistance in planning your itinerary. Domestic flights for assignments covered. Accommodation in non-metro locations arranged and funded. Support for car hire where public transport is limited.
