$24.00 - $36.00 per hour Position Details: Support multiple locations within 150 miles of your permanent address. Mileage reimbursement provided. Earn an additional $5 per hour as a float premium. Receive an extra $1.25 per hour for weekend shifts and evening/night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM). Must work at least 24 hours per month, including one weekend rotation. 3 months of prior experience in Long Term Care is required, 6 months preferred. No contract required. Essential Responsibilities: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) takes on a vital role in providing quality nursing care to residents of all ages in long-term care settings. You will work under the supervision of registered nurses, advanced practice providers, or physicians and are responsible for: administering medications and treatments as ordered. documenting resident interactions, care, and outcomes accurately. monitoring and evaluating residents' comfort, health, and safety. collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary care teams. providing supportive care and education to residents and their families. maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing preferred. Active Minnesota LPN licensure is essential. Prior clinical experience across the lifespan required.
