Qualifications:
Occupational Therapists recognized by the American Occupational Therapy Association and National Board Certification for Occupational Therapy Minimum of two years of hospital experience or two years of ambulatory care experience Occupational Therapist Requirements:
The contractor employee will be required to develop time-limited functionally based short and long-term goals. The PT/OT will then provide or oversee the direct patient care, selecting the most appropriate techniques to reach the established goals.
Estimated Contract Length:
07/2025 - 07/2030 Documents needed: Degree license BLS (AHA) Schedule: Actual shift hours may vary between the contractor, the hospitals and by specialties listed on this agreement. First Shift Weekdays (Monday - Friday)
7:30 am - 4:00 pm; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
First Shift (Tuesday-Saturday)
7:30 am - 4:00 pm
First Shift Weekends (Saturday - Sunday)
7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Locations: The services may be performed at any of the following facilities and Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) locations within the VASLHCS:
