Now Hiring: Production Associate – 1st Shift (Cleanroom Environment)
Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:55 a.m. to 4:25 p.m.
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Assignment Length: 2–3 months
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate I to support our manufacturing team with packaging and inspection tasks in a cleanroom environment. This is a great short-term opportunity offering full-time hours on first shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and package parts with care and precision in a cleanroom setting
- Follow detailed procedures to ensure product quality and cleanliness
- Accurately label and prepare products for shipment
- Work efficiently to meet production goals
- Adhere to all safety and cleanliness protocols
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in a production, packaging, or cleanroom environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team-player attitude and strong communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong visual inspection skills and manual dexterity
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom and following PPE requirements
