Provide care to residents in post-acute facilities Document residents' medical histories and health concerns promptly Monitor and track residents' vital signs, mental health, and physical conditions Oversee residents' medical records Assist with medication dispensing, verification, and monitoring effects Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents Assist with IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures Help manage medical supply storage and inventory Assist with training and orientation of new staff Ensure adherence to care plans and follow relevant regulations and policies Qualifications and Skills
Current Massachusetts LPN license Completion of an approved LPN educational program High school diploma or GED At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Looking for a career that truly supports your life? Consider applying for our
