Duration : 03 Months
- WORK LOCATIONS : 4 days a week at the Tallahassee location, 1 day a week at the Monticello location
JOB DUTIES :
- Answering phones, checking messages, returning calls, opening and disseminating mail, greeting and guiding visitors
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS :
- Explanation of eligibility of applicants and recipients for public assistance programs, determining eligibility for expedited food stamp services
- Entering client data into database based on intake of caller information
- Maintaining necessary files and records
- Completing general clerical duties to include using computer to input data for clients applying for public assistance benefits, answering the phone, using a photocopy machine, scanner and other office machines
- Must type 35 wpm
- Must be able to work at the Tallahassee office and one day in the Monticello office
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have customer service experience
- Must have computer skills
