We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to provide operating support to our Managerial Team and COO in leading new advisor workflow in Atlantic Liberty, Connecticut, & New England branch locations. This includes coaching of other staff roles to provide a seamless onboarding process. Key Job Responsibilities Role will administer company policy at the local level and act as Field Liaison for the Region/ Headquarters. Is Lead Developer in Northeast New Advisor Onboarding process and will work in concert with other Complex/Local roles to develop/refine process. Develop and implement efficient procedures throughout the Complex in partnership with COO. Update and continuously monitor Smartsheet & Hiring pipeline. Enroll candidates in Smartsheet Study Tracking. Partner with AHCA to identify inefficiencies and improve processes. Initiate smooth AHCA handoff. Is the AHCA liaison. Escalates any concerns to Complex Leadership and is a trusted advisor to the COO. Liaison and point of contact for all new EXPs. Shepherds EXPs thru contracting process. Works with HQ and Business Specialist around AUM & BoB transfer. Track PEP progress in EAVU. Consistently communicate candidate progress to VPs. Will work with local staff around onboarding process and ensure regular meetings occur. Will create checklists for DSF & EXP Onboarding. Maintain consistency with onboarding processes across all districts. Implement best practices with onboarding district support. Support HQ initiatives that help develop, improve, or eliminate processes to create value and more effective and efficient support to the field. Act as a resource by sharing time and expertise to assist in the development of new programs and systems. The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Research and data gathering ability. Able to resolve conflict, problems, and function independently. Must create systematic processes that are scalable. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to manage multiple projects. Strong leadership skills. Must have working knowledge of hiring process for new and experienced advisors. Displays good judgment and decision-making skills. Understands the need for confidentiality at all levels of work. Ability to serve as primary contact to and communicate with financial professionals and Vice Presidents with diplomacy and tact. Skills Business Analytics:
Knowledge of technologies, techniques and practices for the evaluation of business performance data; ability to analyze business performance using advanced statistical methods to predict trends and providing forecasts that drive business decisions and business planning. Data Gathering and Reporting:
Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company. Data Integrity:
Knowledge of objectives, terminologies, and approaches of data integrity; ability to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data in various business environments. Document Management:
Knowledge of document management; ability to categorize, integrate, update, document and distribute business information in a secure, effective way. Effective Communications:
Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Process Mapping/Flowcharting:
