This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support! Clifton Park Family Practice , located at 1 Tallow Wood Drive, Clifton Park, is home to a team of highly experienced providers who offer routine health care for all ages. This includes annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance; routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions, preventative immunizations and precautionary inoculations; women's health services (annual pelvic exams, Pap smears); preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screening. REQUIREMENTS: Applicants should have the following: Board Certified / Eligible NYS licensure DEA required RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:

offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes: Competitive starting salary range of $250,000 - $260,000 with ability to earn additional money in productivity.
