Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) will use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver personalized nursing care to our residents. You will collaborate with residents and their families, along with interdisciplinary colleagues, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Your role includes: Providing care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Leading the coordination of care and conducting resident assessments. Educating residents and implementing various nursing interventions. You may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while ensuring safe, effective resident care. You will work within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as defined by the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association. Qualifications We are looking for candidates who have: A degree from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s degree preferred). A current and unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing in the state where you practice, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Required competencies and certifications as mandated by the department.
