Oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing operations Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure patient care standards are met Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in patient care practices Maintain accurate and timely documentation of staff and patient progress Job Requirements :
Licensure : Active
RN Registered Nurse
