Caseload: Primarily adult patients Pay Types: PPO/FFS (No Medicaid or HMO) Office Information:
Operatories: 6 Charting Software: Dentrix (fully digital office) Technology and Equipment:
Digital X-rays, Pano, and iTero scanner CEREC available Plans to add CBCT and 3D printing Open to acquiring additional technology as needed Procedures Offered:
Restorative Dentistry (Crowns, Dentures) Posterior Endodontics Extractions Invisalign Team and Mentorship:
Team Members: 1 dentist (expanding as demand increases) 2 dental assistants per dentist 2 hygienists Front desk: 1-2
