They're looking for a proactive, self-driven engineer who can own infrastructure from the ground up and loves solving complex technical challenges.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience with Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022)
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
Proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Exposure to Red Hat Enterprise Linux or CentOS
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or VMware VCP
Experience with automation tools like Ansible or SCCM
Prior experience in a hybrid on-prem/cloud environment
