Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate / Design Consultant located in Winchester, VA. The Sales Associate / Design Consultant will engage with customers to understand their furnishing needs, provide expert advice on furniture selection and design, and assist in purchasing decisions. The role includes maintaining showroom displays, managing sales transactions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Sales experience and the ability to meet sales goals Design consultancy and product knowledge in furniture and home accessories Proficiency in maintaining showroom displays and retail space Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team High school diploma or equivalent Experience in the furniture retail industry is a plus Basic computer skills for managing sales transactions
