Local Travel ER Respiratory Therapist - Wisconsin Rapids, WI 13-Week Contract | Up to $3,000/Week

Job Description:
Provide respiratory therapy treatments in an emergency room setting. Assess, monitor, and treat patients experiencing acute and chronic respiratory distress. Operate and manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, and other life-supporting equipment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and home care techniques. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and infection control protocols. Maintain detailed documentation of treatments and patient progress. Education & Certification Requirements:
Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) license in Wisconsin. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.
