in Fairfax, Virginia , to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. Full-time or Part-time
What we offer:
Competitive Pay : $55/hour-$62/hour with additional monthly incentive bonus available
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
Qualifications Qualifications:
Education:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
License:
Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Certification s: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
