Entry Level Outreach and Engagement Specialist Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers, through outreach campaigns, providing information in response to inquiries about products or services.

• Act as a key player in the communication and completion of the order process across departments; serve as a liaison between Sales, Entry Level Outreach and Engagement Specialists, Customer Service, Public Relations, and Advertising.

• Support all aspects of product knowledge.

• Ensure the accuracy of all data.

• Manage projects, including the coordination of resources.
