Our team of Entry Level Outreach and Enrollment Associates collaborates through direct community outreach to inform and educate community members on any benefits they might be eligible for. The ideal Entry Level Outreach and Enrollment Associate should be incredibly comfortable interacting with people directly to enlighten them about their eligible benefits properly. The Entry Level Outreach and Enrollment Associate is the perfect role for someone to combine their love of community outreach while also developing their professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

The Entry Level Outreach and Enrollment Associate Responsibilities:

• Increase community awareness of available promotions and benefits through personalized in-person interactions
• Qualify eligible customers to receive government-sponsored telecommunications benefits and verify confidential customer information
• Meet directly with eligible customers and interact pleasantly and professionally while being informative about their potential benefits
• Record and maintain all customer information accurately and promptly
• Enhance our communication partner’s reputation by using excellent customer service and support skills
• Participate in classroom training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of our community outreach, customer support, and enrollment tactics, as well as to stay up-to-date knowledge of products and services and apply it to all community outreach efforts
