Entry Level Customer Relations Representative

We’re committed to helping our community gain access to reliable communication services through hands-on outreach campaigns. To expand outreach, we are hiring an Entry Level Customer Relations Representative. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, adhering to our clients guidelines, and maximizing outreach. The Entry Level Customer Relations Representative will work with the executive staff to execute community outreach campaigns, meet with qualifying individuals, and drive enrollment for our telecommunication program.

Entry Level Customer Relations Representative Responsibilities:

• Increase client awareness on available promotions and services through in person, interactive outreach initiatives
• Encourage customers to send referrals while qualifying leads and making sales
• Participate in classroom training sessions and product knowledge seminars
• Educate community members on available services
• Qualify buyers by using the buyer requirement standards and company policies
• Enhance our clients reputation by using top notch customer service skills
• Team management and mentorship
