SEASONAL OPENINGS - Client Support Representative

As an emerging front-runner in community relations and brand development, our firm is dedicated to helping our clients establish, build and manage their local market presence for specialized telecommunication products and services. We believe in delivering world-class services to our community, from executing sales presentations to answering client questions. Our Client Support Representative team ensures we continue to expand our clients customer base in the local area through the use of highly customized outreach campaigns. Currently, we are in the process of hiring a Client Support Representative to join our locally based team immediately.

What you will be doing as a Client Support Representative :

• Qualify, educate, and enroll newly qualified community members on our clients products and services
• Adhere to compliance and training requirements to offer appropriate products and services
• Aide in fostering a cohesive, team-oriented environment while understanding and enforcing our cultural
• Assist the management team in exceeding established goals for the team by driving sales revenue and increasing customer retainment
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive customer experience
• Stay current on our clients products, services, and sales by participating in meetings, conferences, in office trainings and networking events
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of each department’s (e.g., management, operations, sales) daily processes and goals
• Gaining knowledge of our company policies, protocols, and processes to embrace our mission fully
