Job Title: Automotive Title Clerk STARTING ASAP*
Location: Irving, TX (Las Colinas 75039)
This is an in-office position with no remote work flexibility.
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 8 AM - 5 PM
Job Description: As an Automotive Title Clerk, you will be an essential part of the team, helping to ensure all title-related processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Title Processing: Handle both retail and wholesale vehicle titles, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and compliant with state regulations.
Quality Control: Carefully examine vehicle titles for completeness and correctness, double-checking for any errors or discrepancies.
State Compliance: Verify the acceptability of the title in the state where it will be filed, adhering to all relevant legal requirements.
Your work will ensure that all documentation is handled efficiently and error-free, contributing to the smooth operation of the business.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Title Clerk or with vehicle titles is required
Bilingual (English & Spanish) candidates are highly preferred
Strong administrative skills and previous office experience are a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
