Job Title: Cancellation Coordinator

Location: Irving Two weeks of on-site Training then transitions to FULLY REMOTE

Pay: $18 /hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm (Must be flexible to work OT with possible Saturday shifts.)

Job Description: 

As a Cancellation Coordinator, you will play a vital role in completing finance and insurance cancellations for customers, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and accurately.

Primary Job Responsibilities: 

  • Process and submit all product cancellation paperwork to the appropriate product vendor or manufacturer

  • Process assigned worked in an accurate and timely manner meeting all department requirements

  • Maintain/Process assigned BPMS cancellation queues

  • Communicate any cancellation problems to the stores (via Cancellation workflow)

  • Calculate refund amounts when needed on any cancellation thru BPMS

  • Produce high quality and quantity of work while under deadline pressure

  • Back up and assist other team members as needed

  • Meet or exceed service level agreements

  • Perform other outside projects and/or tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

  • REQUIRED: Strong data entry skills (will be tested)

  • REQUIRED: Previous experience in a call center environment (Minimum of 1 year)

  • Previous experience effectively managing multi-channel communications with customers

  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to meet commitments and deadlines

  • Experience handling high volume of paperwork in multiple computer database systems

  • Automotive Accounting experience preferred
