Accounts Payable Specialist (Entry Level)

Position Overview:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our finance team, supporting the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. This entry-level role provides the chance to work on various accounts payable and related tasks while delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organized records and files in line with company policies.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding accounts payable transactions.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure transactions are properly recorded.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external use.
• Continuously seek process improvement opportunities and contribute to related projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma is required – no exceptions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
• Experience in data entry or office work with an interest in accounts payable and accounting.

Preferred Skills:

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounts payable, payroll, or accounting concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
