Accounts Payable Specialist

Do you enjoy working with numbers? If so, Nesco Resource wants to talk to you! We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client located in Montoursville, PA.
Job Duties:
- Receive, prepare, and enter expense and inventory invoice into the accounting system and do three way matching.
- Ensure invoices are correct and entered for weekly payment
- Print inventory records daily and maintain listing of inventory received but not yet matched to inventory invoices
- Analyze and investigate price and quantity variances related to inventory
- Assist with preparing wire payment proposals for weekly payments to vendors
- Other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 4 year accounting degree
- 2+ years Accounts Payable experience
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft office)
- Detailed oriented
Pay: $20.00-25.00 per hour, dependent on experience
Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm OR 8 am to 4:30 pm
